Ways to reach out

Whatever brings you here, there is a path.

Request Support

Life can become difficult without warning. You do not need to explain everything perfectly before contacting us — tell us briefly about the situation and the type of support you are seeking. Our team will listen, review your enquiry and explain any appropriate programme, practical assistance, referral or next step that may be available.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee immediate, financial or material assistance. Support depends on individual circumstances, available resources, programme eligibility and our capacity at the time.

Refer Someone for Support

We welcome appropriate referrals from family members and individuals, schools and colleges, healthcare professionals, social workers and local authorities, charities and community organisations, faith and cultural organisations, housing providers, employers, training providers and other professionals.

Please obtain the person's permission before sharing their personal information, unless there is an immediate safeguarding concern or another lawful reason for making the referral. All referrals are reviewed according to the person's needs, eligibility and the support available.

Volunteer With Us

Volunteers help us extend support, hope and opportunity to more people. Opportunities may include youth mentoring, community outreach, food and essential-item distribution, fundraising and events, administrative support, digital and communications support, skills training, befriending and wellbeing activities, professional services and community research.

Some roles may require identity checks, references, training, safeguarding checks or an appropriate criminal-record check before you can begin.

Donations & Fundraising

Your support can provide practical assistance, essential resources, training, mentoring and opportunities to individuals and families facing hardship. You can help through one-time donations, monthly giving, community fundraising, sponsored activities, corporate donations, donated goods, professional services, fundraising events, legacy giving or programme sponsorship.

Every contribution, regardless of size, can help us reach someone who needs support.

Partnerships & Corporate Support

We welcome partnerships with businesses, public bodies, charities, schools, community organisations, professionals and individuals who share our commitment to creating positive and lasting change. Opportunities include programme sponsorship, corporate donations, employee volunteering, skills and employment pathways, fundraising campaigns, donated products or professional services, training and mentoring, community outreach projects, strategic collaborations and research and impact partnerships.

Together, we can create stronger communities and help more people move towards independence, confidence and stability.
